Lead source and enquiry event
Can the supplier identify the campaign, form or source that generated this specific type of enquiry?
Request the acquisition channel, what the person actually submitted, and the intended contact purpose.
Permission to contact
Is the intended use and recipient of the contact information explained with supporting records?
Ask to review the relevant consent/permission wording, timestamp and any restrictions. Obtain legal review where needed.
What the lead type actually means
Are terms such as FTD, depositor, qualified, live and recovery defined in terms of evidence and delivered fields?
An enquiry about funding is not a verified funded account. Avoid paying for a label without an agreed definition.
Record age and freshness
Does the quote define freshness using an enquiry or capture timestamp and a specific acceptable date range?
Fresh, live, recent and aged are not interchangeable. Record the agreed window before paying.
Exclusivity and duplicates
Is there an explicit answer about shared vs exclusive supply, duplicate identifiers and the lookback period?
Clarify whether exclusivity applies by customer, market, campaign, time window or lead record.
Market and qualification fit
Are country, language, permitted offer, required fields and acceptance rules detailed in writing?
Different locations have different promotion and privacy requirements. Your receiving team needs to match the intended audience.
Delivery format and handover
Are delivery timing, time zone, file/API format, file-security responsibilities and receiving contact agreed?
Confirm how timestamps are reported and who handles any failed transfer, especially for real-time enquiries.
Pricing, disputes and support
Do the quote and terms state the unit definition, total cost, invalid-record review, issue window and contact route?
A price alone does not tell you how a duplicate, wrong-market record or failed delivery will be handled.

Questions that still need written evidence

This is an evidence-completeness check, not a vendor ranking, safety rating, certification, a statement about ForexCryptoReach orders, or legal advice. A signed document can still be inaccurate. Evaluate the actual data and terms independently.
