Checkout stores your name, business email, category, country, quantity, delivery format, notes, payment transaction reference and order status in the site database so ForexCryptoReach can process and fulfil your order. Do not include other people’s records in your notes.
A private order key protects customer status access. The sales dashboard requires the site owner’s authenticated account. Order references and access keys are retained in this browser to let you return to checkout; clear them using your browser’s site-data controls when using a shared device.
If you accept analytics, the site stores an anonymous session identifier, page paths, action names and sanitized campaign-source labels in its own database. It measures visits, checkout steps and Telegram clicks. When Google Analytics 4 is configured, these actions and page paths are also sent to Google after your consent. Google may use analytics cookies; advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Private tracking pages, URL query strings and fragments are excluded from Google Analytics. No form names, email addresses, free-text notes, wallet addresses or transaction hashes are included in click analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent ordering. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.
Saved orders and payment-confirmation events are operational records even when analytics is declined. Request limits use a hashed network address and short-lived counters to reduce abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in those counters. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs.
Order information is kept for fulfilment, support and necessary business records. Contact Forexcryptoreach@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or discuss retention. The site does not claim a fixed retention period that has not been established by the business.
When order notifications are configured, basic order details including buyer name, email, category, market, quantity, total and submitted transaction reference are sent to the owner through Resend email and a Telegram bot. Private tracking keys and free-text order notes are excluded from these alerts. These providers process the notification under their own terms. Customer use of Telegram or a wallet app is separate. This site never collects wallet seed phrases or private keys. Automatic customer confirmation emails are not enabled.
