Choose a market for a reason
Start with the countries your business serves and the audience your offer is intended for. Market selection should reflect the campaign and receiving team, rather than a broad request for the largest possible volume.
Specify language separately
Country is not a language setting. State the languages used in the offer, enquiry form and follow-up. If a country has several relevant language audiences, decide whether they require separate briefs or reporting groups.
Plan response hours and time zones
Record the receiving team’s hours and the time zone used for handover. An enquiry delivered during the team’s night shift can have a different follow-up experience from one handled during staffed hours. Agree what happens outside the normal schedule.
Use regional requests carefully
A regional brief may cover countries with different language, delivery and suitability requirements. List essential inclusions or exclusions explicitly. “Worldwide” should begin a scoping conversation, not conceal the conditions that matter.
Compare like-for-like results
Keep the enquiry definition and measurement window consistent when comparing markets. Review volume, acceptance, reachability and conversations separately. Use the findings to revise a specific part of the brief before expanding it.
Turn the checklist into a brief
Use the campaign builder to choose the category, market, quantity and fields. Add the relevant delivery or qualification requirements from this guide, then review the result before emailing it.
