Start with the offer
Write one sentence describing the offer and the action you want an interested person to take. “Request information about our platform” is more useful than “send forex traffic.” The first gives the campaign and the receiving team a shared definition of an enquiry.
Choose markets your team can serve
Record the target countries, supported languages and response hours. Check the business’s eligibility to serve those markets through its normal review process. Do not treat a country selector as confirmation that an offer is suitable everywhere.
Specify a usable record
List mandatory contact fields and the evidence of permission needed for the intended follow-up. State which date is being recorded: signup, enquiry or delivery. Decide whether additional fields are genuinely necessary before making them mandatory.
Put acceptance in writing
Define duplicate handling, incomplete fields, out-of-market submissions and the period for reporting a concern. Ask how the team will review a disputed record without transferring unnecessary personal information. A shared definition avoids arguing about quality after delivery.
Check the quote against the brief
Review quantity, rate and total alongside the delivery scope. The ForexCryptoReach forex planner uses $0.50 per enquiry: 2,000 produces a $1,000 estimate. The agreed quote should explain any separate costs and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of conversions.
Turn the checklist into a brief
Use the campaign builder to choose the category, market, quantity and fields. Add the relevant delivery or qualification requirements from this guide, then review the result before emailing it.
