A forex email subscriber is not automatically a broker sales lead. Treat audience acquisition, marketing permission and sales qualification as separate objectives.
Name the subscription offer
Explain whether people are subscribing to a newsletter, market commentary, product updates, event invitations or a named business’s information. The original sign-up wording should match the communications you actually plan to send.
Define the signup journey
Single opt-in and double opt-in have different completion events. Where an additional confirmation is required, distinguish submitted contacts from confirmed subscribers. Ask what source and timestamp information can lawfully be included with the delivered record.
Check sender and jurisdiction requirements
Email marketing rules can differ by country and audience. Confirm consent and other permitted-contact requirements for the intended sender before acquiring a list. A supplier’s general opt-in claim is not a substitute for reviewing the specific campaign.
Measure useful subscriber outcomes
Track accepted subscribers, confirmed signup events where applicable, unsubscribes and content engagement according to your privacy obligations. Do not represent an email subscriber as someone who requested a brokerage telephone call unless that request was separately made.
Buyer checklist
- State the newsletter or product-update purpose
- Identify the intended email sender
- Set the accepted signup event
- Request suitable source and permission evidence

Buyer decision: Define the exact enquiry event, acceptance criteria and permitted contact purpose before evaluating any price or category.
